Near Borup is the moorland Dyndet, formerly an important peat digging area. Since then it has been left in peace to develop a rich flora and fauna.

At the heart of Dyndet you will find the old café Malerklemmen and the grocery store Mosehusets Købmandshandel. A visit to both places is like stepping several hundred years back in the history of Denmark.
